Notice of instructions on To-Door Pickup and Delivery Service of Coronavirus Disease in Hong Kong (COVID-19)

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, we will implement new pickup and delivery arrangements. Safety issue is always the biggest concern for our customers and staffs during the pandemic.

Delivery services to Compulsory Testing area announced by HKSAR Government will be affected. Please refer to building lists with confirmed or suspected cases of COVID-19 by HKCHP for more information.

New pickup and delivery arrangements as below:

B2C (Business-to-Consumer)

  1. Courier will only deliver or pickup shipment outside the premises for locations or buildings with confirmed cases of COVID-19.
  2. Courier will release shipment outside doorstep for locations or buildings with Isolation and Self-Quarantine cases.
  3. Services are now temporarily suspended for Merchants and stores with confirmed cases of COVID-19.

B2B (Business-to-Business)

  1. Services are now temporarily suspended for locations and buildings with confirmed group infection.
