Due to the recent outbreak of the COVID-19, to ensure safety of customers and avoid social contact. Any order that delivers to “buildings in which confirmed COVID-19 cases, infection have stayed during the symptomatic phase in the past 14 days" or “Compulsory Testing - Specified Premises (Active)”, “Boundary of Specified Area under Compulsory Testing” door-to-door delivery service will not be provided until the inspection is completed.
For any order that delivers to all hospitals, clinics, quarantine hotels, buildings of the confines under quarantine, the delivery will be arranged at the main entrance of the address. However, the courier will adjust the delivery arrangement according to the situation.
