The COVID-19 epidemic in Hong Kong has remained severe lately as confirmed cases shot up with single-day records broken for several days running. At the moment, the epidemic situation caused by the newly emerged mutant strains is not fully known yet, to ensure safety of customers and avoid social contact. We will temporarily adjusted delivery services as below:
Any order that delivers to “buildings in which confirmed COVID-19 cases, infection have stayed during the symptomatic phase in the past 14 days" or “Compulsory Testing - Specified Premises (Active)”, “Boundary of Specified Area under Compulsory Testing” door-to-door delivery service will not be provided until the compulsory testing is completed.
For any order that delivers to all hospitals, clinics, quarantine hotels, buildings of the confines under quarantine, the delivery will be arranged at the main entrance of the address or pick up the shipment downstairs. However, the courier will adjust the delivery arrangement according to the situation and only limited service will be provided.
In addition, due to the impact of the local epidemic and related control measures on delivery operations, effective today, the local delivery lead time for all local shipments may be delayed until further notice. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

If we have already picked up shipments which are delivering to the above locations, we will contact customers for alternative arrangements as soon as possible.
