To ensure safety for both customers and employees when receiving and sending shipments, we strictly implements comprehensive epidemic prevention measures and strives to maintain express delivery services.

With the further aggravation of the epidemic, the number of COVID-19 confirmed cases and buildings required for compulsory testing rapidly increased, coupled with various epidemic control, epidemic prevention, and isolation policies, which brought huge pressure on the company's delivery services.

Residential parcel delivery and collection will process at the main entrance of the building. We appreciate your understanding that the situation is a force majeure event beyond our control.
