Starting from 25 March 2022, to-door level handover with customer will be resumed for all residential parcel delivery and collection service.
Meanwhile, delivery services are still suspended for all isolation centers, compulsory testing - Specified Premises (Active), community treatment facilities, buildings with confirmed cases in the past 14 days.
For any order that delivers to all hospitals, clinics, quarantine hotels, buildings of the confines under quarantine, the parcel handover will be arranged at the main entrance of the address or downstairs. However, service level might be limited and the courier might adjust the delivery arrangement according to the situation with communicating with shipper or consignee.
