Hong Kong Local Delivery Service:
8th February before 17:00noon Next-day delivery for remote/residential areas (Parcels collected on 9th Feb will be delivered after the holiday)
9th February before 12:00noon Same-day regular delivery for commercial areas
9th February after 13:00 Parcels collected will be delivered after the holiday
On 14th February Collection and delivery services are operating normally
Note: For delivery to outlying islands, please inquire with our customer service representative.
Self-Pickup Service: (No impact on pickup service during the Lunar New Year)
8th February before 12:00noon Dispatch as normal
8th February after 13:00 Parcels collected will be delivered after the holiday
On 14th February Services are back to normal for shipping to SELF-PICKUP POINT
Note: Delivery times may be affected by actual circumstances; please rely on the pick-up notification we send for accuracy.
