Local Delivery Service in Hong Kong:
Parcel collection before 17:00 on March 27 (Wednesday): Deliveries to remote/residential areas will be made the next day (parcels collected on March 28 will be delivered after the holiday).
Parcel collection before 12:00 on March 28 (Thursday): Deliveries to commercial areas will be made on the same day; collections after 13:00 will be delivered after the holiday.
Normal delivery service resumes on April 2 (Tuesday).
Mainland China Express Service:
Parcel collection before 12:00 on March 28 (Thursday): Normal customs clearance and delivery.
Parcels collected after 13:00 on March 28 (Thursday) will undergo customs clearance and delivery after the holiday.
Normal customs clearance service resumes on April 2 (Tuesday).
Macau Express Service:
Parcel collection before 17:00 on March 26 (Tuesday): Normal customs clearance and delivery.
Parcels collected after March 27 (Wednesday) will undergo customs clearance and delivery after the holiday.
Normal customs clearance service resumes on April 2 (Tuesday).
Parcels collected during this period will be stored free of charge until delivery arrangements are made after the holiday.
