Re: Company Name Change
Further to the announcement made by our CEO on 4 March 2025 regarding the Group’s rebranding initiative, we are pleased to update you that Kerry Express (Hong Kong) Limited has been renamed to KEX Express (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Company”) with effect from 10th March 2025 (the “Effective Date”).
Starting from the Effective Date, the former name of the Company will cease to be used and only the new name KEX Express (Hong Kong) Limited will be used in all its business activities, including without limitation, the issue of corporate documents, shipping documents and accounting documents (such as invoices and bills) in the Company’s new name. We would appreciate your full support in addressing the Company in its new name KEX Express (Hong Kong) Limited in all your dealings with it going forward, such as placing orders, issuing bills and invoices.
At the same time, we are in the process of: -
(i) updating all banks with the Company’s new name. Should you issue cheques or arrange internet transfers to the Company, we would be grateful if you would make it payable to the Company’s old name in next three months; and
(ii) changing our email and website domain names to new ones (details as below) which will become effective from 1 April 2025

For the avoidance of doubt, please be advised that this is just a name change of the Company and it is the same company that you have been dealing / working with. Your existing contractual and other business relationship (if any) with the Company shall continue and remain intact. Apart from the name change, all the terms and conditions of the agreement(s) and/or contract(s) (if any) that you have entered with the Company shall remain unchanged and continue in full force and effect.
