This name change will better reflect us as a fully-fledged subsidiary of Kerry Logistics Network Limited, a group of companies principally engaging in the business of integrated logistics, international freight forwarding and supply chain solutions, whose share are listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (stock code: 636).
The company will continue to operate in its current structure and your contacts will remain unchanged. Our existing contracts and agreements will remain in effect.
