KE Locker - FAQ

Touch screen to begin at KE Locker station. Open the verification code in your mobile phone"sent via text message" or scan QR code abstracted in KE App for parcel collection. The system will automatically open the locker where your shipment is placed and show the route to the exact locker of the shipment. Please close the locker once parcel is collected and tap for receipt by choice.
Please double check the pickup address in order details from KE App as it might be missent to another locker. If nothing goes wrong but the screen still shows「could not find my mail」, please contact customer service officer at (+852) 3513 0785.
After scanning QR code or entering mobile passcode, there will be an option of 「reopen locker」at screen is bottom right. Touch to select and the locker will be opened again.
